The New-England style home has exposed beams, high ceilings, fireplace, and a cosy yet gracious feel to it. The wrap-around verandah’s are shaded by vegetation which creates an atrium-style effect, and the perfect opportunity for outside living.
This is country living at it’s best, quiet, peaceful, cosy and private. You’ll want to make this your family weekender.
Boutiques, dairy farms and rainforest
From the house, walk the winding roads through dairy country and take in the peace and tranquility. Alternatively, you can pursue the many things Maleny and surrounds has to offer – cafe’s, shops and restaurants for those who like to shop, wine, dairy and cheese farms for those that like to taste and learn, and waterholes, rain forests and bush walks for those who like the outdoors. Not to mention a visit to the spectacular Maleny Botanic Gardens, Kondalilla Falls, Mary Cairncross Park or Bouloumba Creek.
Sleeping eight people ( 3 double beds and 2 singles), the house is set in a beautiful garden, roughly an acre in size, with expansive views over the Conondales Ranges offering privacy and seclusion, and some enchanting sunsets.
Secluded Family escape away from it all
Perfect for wedding groups, family holidays or visitors of Maleny’s many festivals, such as the Real Food Festival, Wood Expo, including nearby Woodford. The garden at La Petite Maison abounds with native plants predominantly native to the Blackall Range, and as such is rich in birdlife and nature, including frequent visits from koalas in the adjoining gully, and early morning wallabies on occasion.
The house has 4 bedrooms, comprised of three double beds and two singles. There are daybeds on the verandah and in the study upstairs. There is one bedroom downstairs, along with the bathroom (shower, loo and bath) , lounge (fireplace), kitchen and dining room downstairs, whilst another three bedrooms plus a study are upstairs.
